Unbelievably rude. I called to get a quote for my vehicle. They quoted me and I asked to make an appointment. MATT asked me for my name and phone number for the appointment, then asked for my home address. You don't need my personal information for a engine coolant flush. I politely refused which baffled Matt. He said forget it, and hung up. I called back to ask what had happened and he said. " if you can't provide me your personal information then I can't provide you service for your vehicle....". I thought this was an autoshop not the IRS... also I just found a place with more reviews for half the price. See ya
We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We require some basic information from our customers as you require some basic information from us. We also reserve the right to refuse service. Your unwillingness to provide us with the simplest of information shows a large lack of trust. We trust our customers and ask that our customers trust us.
