Disappointed.

I'm sorry you are disappointed. You bought your 2015 Chevy Impala for a check engine light. Per our diagnosis, the manufacturer requires a software update on the engine computer to resolve the issue that you are having. You decided not to do this. Not sure why this warranted a 1 star review.

While traveling down south during the winter, our air conditioner loss charge, I happen to be a few blocks away from one stop automotive and repair service in Tucson AZ and could not of been happier with the service that we received. An hour and a half later we were out the door and the air conditioner was as cold as can be and still is. The service technicians were clear, concise and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. We got to visit with the owner, Randall and the office manager and felt like we were back at home in Nebraska. If you are ever in this area with any automotive problems I highly recommend 1 stop automotive. I give them 5 stars!!
