I had so many bad experiences with independent mechanics that I gave up on them for along time. Let me say now that Randall and Matt at One Stop Automotive never cease to amaze! I actually heard, “Let’s try this fix before we spend $400.” Wow!

Called 1 Stop Automotive this morning at 8am. and they had my car in shop by 11am and out by 2pm. Saved me $1300 to replace a catalytic converter. Big thanks to the 1 Stop Auto Team and thanks Randolph for the Great Customer Service

Matt was a great guy. Diagnosed my water pump problem in a couple of minutes,. He ordered a new pump and had my car back to me all fixed on the scheduled day. He found a burned out fog light as well. That was good because I use them as my daytime running lights. He beat the pants of Miller Jeep who wanted $180 to diagnose.
