I called over the phone and was greeted by a gentleman named Matt who later helped me in person. This place has excellent customer service and I fully trust them to treat my vehicle again.

My go to repair shop! I had a oil leak that another shop had quoted as a $2000 fix. I went to one stop for a second opinion and was able to get the leak fixed for 10x cheaper. Honest and fast service.

Awesome service! Called in AM and Matt told come on in, we can take care of it while you wait. My need was replacing the front turn signal bulbs. Got to 1 stop, and Matt recalled me, and quickly got my truck in. I took a walk and was surprised when Matt called only 10 or so minutes into my walk. When I returned to the office Matt wished me Happy Thanksgiving and said no charge. In this day and time, service of this level is nearly extinct. Thanks to Matt and the team at One stop automotive. I'll be back if I have other repair needs on my truck.

I moved across town three years ago but I still take my car to One Stop for the friendly, honest staff and the high quality of work. The staff is conscientious about keeping me informed about the job. No surprises.

The crew there are AMAZING! Super honest which is hard to find in a mechanic shop. If you take you car anywhere else I apologize. Give them a shop even if it's just for an oil change and you will see what I mean.

What can I say other than honest, professional and just great service. My company vehicle comes in for regular service and the owner personally test drives the vehicles and inspects them prior to picking them up. Veteran owned and operated please support them you"ll be happy you did.
