Took my vehicle to check the A/C, it was not cooling well enough, next day they call me and tell me that I needed a new condenser and another new part a total of $1,700 money I don't have, decided to pick it up and had to pay $50 for the lie they made because I decided to take it to the dealership where they fixed it for only $180 and my A/C is working great!

We apologize that you had a bad experience at our facility. We take pride in ensuring that every diagnosis we give is accurate to the best of our abilities. We removed one of the lines on your A.C. system and found metal in the system. When finding metal in the A.C. system it is an industry standard to replace an entire A.C. kit and flush the evaporator. We sincerely hope that the repair you received was the correct repair for your vehicle but respectfully disagree with the diagnosis.

Almost two years have past since we met Randall and Matt. They turned a nightmare situation which they inherited from a local car dealership and saved our vehicle. The most honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and cost effective shop!! Oil change today and their 35 point inspection. Car still running like a gem. One Stop is so much more than an automotive repair shop, they're family. Thanks Matt and Randall!!! ���

Talk about hands on, it's not everyday I see the owner of an automotive shop working alongside their employees. I found a decent deal on Craigslist the other day. So today I purchased an employee vehicle for my wife’s cleaning business after Randall Miller personally did a pre-purchase inspection and told me I had a keeper. This is my second time using One Stop Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection and both times I received a highly detailed explanation regarding any discrepancies found. I will definitely be using their services as needed in the future.

If I could give more then five stars I would!! This is by far the best auto shop in town. Randal and Matt both really take care of you. Our whole family comes here for their automotive needs. They don't force you to get work done and only suggest things if they are really needed to be done they never upsell you just to get your money. They call you and talk to you about what's being done and ask before they work on something. They have very fair prices and are very trust worthy in the quality in what they do. So go see Randal and Matt at one stop you won't be disappointed!!

If I was allowed to give a 0 star rating I would. I went into this shop on Friday the 2nd. They had my vehicle almost all day, there were suppose to perform a smoke test and fix the problem. it came out to $181 which I thought was great. I received a call from Matt stating that the vehicle was done and they were taking it threw a car wash. I thought wow they are going above and beyond for me. I picked up my car and it looked very shiny and nice, I got home and got out and started walking to the door and realized that there was a lot of damage to the side of my vehicle . I just bought this vehicle a week before for $6000 and there was no damage on it when I took it in to the shop. Under closer investigation I realized that the blue paint from there shop was scratched into my side pieces. I was furious, because no they didn't take my car to the car wash to be nice they took it there to cover up there mistake. Then I had to sit all weekend, waiting until Monday to talk to them about the damage. Monday morning I was there exactly at 8. I let them know that eh check engine light had came back on, there were quite a few customers in the lobby so I didn't want to ruin there reputation and blurt out that they crashed my vehicle. So I said I want to show you the other issue. I went outside and showed them the damage on the way to the vehicle I asked about where they took my car to be washed, because there is no car wash on site. He said down the street, I asked why did you take my car he said o its something we do for customer. I then said I brought two other vehicles here to be fixed before and they never received a wash. We got to the vehicle and he said it didn't happen there but he would fix it. I told him I was sure it happened there the blue paint is the same as in the shop he fixed the back side panel but the front was still damaged. I also let him know that the side piece was different from the rest of them and he said that's not my problem you cant even prove that I did it. I went to get an estimate to replace the front one so that at least one side was matching and it was $237 to fix which I am not paying for the damage they did. I am very upset I have had this car for a week and they crashed it and went out of there way to cover it up. now I am left with a vehicle with one newer side piece and the rest different. It is the same thing as if they scratched the door and repainted it and it didn't match the vehicle and they say well I fixed my problem I don't care that it doesn't match. I will never go here again, and I will make sure to tell all my friends that they do not know how to handle larger vehicle. My car was a Chevy Tahoe.
