Great shop located on Craycroft between 22nd and 29th. I've had One Stop service my A/C on two vehicles and replace a heater core in a F150 (big job). Randall owns the place and I believe Matt is his wing man/mechanic. They do excellent work at very reasonable prices. Trust this shop for your next repair, they'll take good care of you. Steve W.

I went here today for an oil change that I got on groupon. The service time was fast, I was there for around 30 minutes. The groupon came with an inspection, which I generally assume means that they are going to tell you that you have $1000 worth of things that need to be fixed (this has been my experience in the past, and it isn't hrs to fool me, since I know basically nothing about cars) but instead, they tightened up some loose things at no charge and told me my car is good to go! I love it when mechanics don't try to screw you out of money! Also, the man that was working the front desk when I was there was friendly. Overall, no complaints, and good professional service!

Randall and his experienced staff have been repairing and maintaining my family's vehicles for a number of years. Every time his shop has our vehicles we can rest assured that we will be leaving in a safer vehicle than when we arrived. They check all the safety items you'd expect to have checked and address the concerns you have. I've never felt out of control either. After initial troubleshooting, Randall advises me about the reason I came in and lets me know of other things that should be taken care of right away (because of a safety issue) or could do down the road. While labor costs and car parts can be expensive I understand that he does all he can to be competitive and I would probably pay more going somewhere else. He is a good business man and a good family man with a lot of experience and dedication to doing the job right and making sure you leave, like I said earlier, in a safer vehicle. It is a peace of mind I appreciate given our Tucson roads even though his shop is roughly 10 miles away!

Craig is also a very great mechanic and very friendly as well. They always get the job done right. Sometimes it seems like the work is taking too long but it is just because they make sure they give their all to their work and make sure your car is fixed. I have found my permanent mechanic and I do not think I will be going anywhere else in the near future.

My review is 2 part. I loved them at first because they did our brakes and rotors etc. But when my car engine light went on they fixed alot of things and I paid a 300 deductible only to have the light come right back on. One Stop was saying they couldn't fix it and for me to go the Ford Dealer. when I took it else where they said to ask One Stop if the injection pump they fixed was faulty if they would guarantee it and they reminded us to go to the Ford Dealer. I took it to another mechanic and in a few hours I get a call that they fixed it for 46.00. The rotor that got replaced is not wobbling again. I didnt think they were ripping me off. I trusted them.
