We finally tired of getting fleeced by the dealership repair shops, tried several independent auto repair shops with similar results. Received a notice in my USAA mailing that listed several shops in Tucson. We chose One Stop Automotive and are more than pleased. We have taken two of our vehicles there and the service and the price are fantastic. We will keep going to One Stop Automotive for all our vehicle needs.

Amazing exprience from beginning to end. I'm always leary of taking my car to be repaired since I don't know much about car repair. I never once felt like I was being told something that wasn't true. I was able to get an appointment quickly, I was told what the problem was, they found additional issues, sent me pictures of it, and even explained what was in the pictures without once making me feel like it was an inconvience to do so. I was also given the option to repair just the original issue or everything without being pressured. Steve has amazing customer service and makes you feel like more than just another customer. I'll be taking my car here from now on. After telling my friend about the service I received, she wants to take her car here now too. I can't say enough good things about One Stop Automotive. Thank you so much for being so amazing! I can't tell you what a relief it is to walk into a repair shop as a woman and not feel like you're being taken advantage of.
