The crew there are AMAZING! Super honest which is hard to find in a mechanic shop. If you take you car anywhere else I apologize. Give them a shop even if it's just for an oil change and you will see what I mean.

What can I say other than honest, professional and just great service. My company vehicle comes in for regular service and the owner personally test drives the vehicles and inspects them prior to picking them up. Veteran owned and operated please support them you"ll be happy you did.

It's hard to imagine that you could actually enjoy spending time at the auto mechanic shop, however I actually do enjoy it every time. Randall, the owner, goes above and beyond to let you know you and your business are very much appreciated. He has a passion for the community, great integrity, and a wonderful team. Matt spends as much time as is needed to educate you, answer any questions no matter how "dumb" you may feel the question is - never making you feel small or like "another dollar sign." I will continue taking my vehicles to One Stop Automotive as long as I drive. Thank you, Randall, Matt, and everyone else for showing me that honest and personable auto mechanics still exist!

I had a tire going flat & took it to One Stop. Not only did they receive me warmly but they found a second tire was also going flat. They removed both & took them to the tire shop where I had purchased them & gave me a ride home. They picked up the repaired tires, remounted them & as if that"s not enough service, they had also taken my car through the car wash before picking me up!! Just this past Friday, as I was driving on 22nd St. a "coolant low" signal lit up on my dash & I went straight to One Stop. Here's what they did. . They took my car in immediately, checked & topped off the coolant, checked & topped off the window washer fluid & checked the oil. Then they refused to let me pay anything! Told me it's what i deserve for being a good customer! These men are always in a great mood & make me feel very secure in the knowledge that my 20 yr old Volvo is in the best hands in town. Thanks to all of you at One Stop.

Randall and Matt at One Stop Automotive far exceeded expectations! My vehicle needed a new battery and normal oil change, plus some regular maintenance items in which they keep track. They also do a “Courtesy Check/Piece of Mind” which checks everything! Fluids, tire pressure, etc. They lastly will run the car through the wash and that’s the best icing on the cake! Way to continue “Wowing” without “Gauging” me!! 👍—Robb

I usually dread going for maintenance on my car because I feel like I'm being sold things and services, but I never feel taken advantage of at One Stop. I've been here three times and it's always a pleasant experience- plus the wait for my car has never been too long- or it at least doesn't feel like it because I don't hate being there.

Randall and his team at One Stop Automotive are amazing! I brought my vehicle in with a small problem, a side light was out. The age and make of my car makes the fix time consuming. I walked in without an appointment, they diagnosed the issue, found a solution and I can't wait to bring the car back for the repair by their team. They interrupted their schedule to accommodate me and check out my car, and they didn't charge for their time. They are friendly, professional and honest. I highly recommend them.

My mother and I are fairly new to Tucson. I literally walked in to ask a question. Matt was awesome and honest. Matt was very knowledgeable and made me feel like I learned about my car and what to expect with current repairs. He got me in the same day. When I returned I met the owner, and they gave a break down of my car and what to expect in the future so I wasn't surprised with anything going wrong with my vehicle. Very friendly and professional.
