I am now on my third car that I will only take to One Stop. It’s hard to find an honest decent crew of mechanics. I cannot recommend them enough.

This place is awesome! Had my car in and out in less than 24 hours. It sounds way better than even before I had to take it in (Side note DO NOT go to the auto shop behind this place they are the reason my car broke down in the first place)

Have been here twice recently and the customer service is amazing. The auto work is great haven't had a single issue. I definitely trust them with my vehicle and definitely recommend getting auto work from OneStopAutomtive. Thank you to them for the amazing service

My car's air conditioner fan went out unexpectedly and they managed to fit us into their busy schedule so I wouldn't have to wait with a broken air conditioner in the heat. They were able to quickly obtain the parts needed and get us situated in no time! Very helpful service!

I took my car to the dealership I bought it from 5 times to be told nothing was wrong with my vehicle, I bring it here and within 20 mins they found that I had a recall I was unaware of, and were able to fix all of my issues with out hesitation or question me that something was wrong with my vehicle. I will be using there services going forward and i highly recommend if your tired of being told there is nothing wrong to check these guys out!

I am very late with this review. A friend referred me to One Stop Auto, earlier this summer. One vehicle ended up having an expensive preferred maintenance project done. I was so grateful for Steve and Randall et al, to find a major problem early and fix it before a tragic engine failure would doom the car. Yes, it cost money. The second vehicle, a Jeep, ended up with a major rebuild, yup, major rebuild. More money, money and more money. These same services would be very expensive anywhere!! However, these guys are so professional and so courteous to customers: trust me, I was there several times to witness this. My customer service experience was exceptionally great. Steve always called with updates: good ones, not so good ones,, and yes, not very good news at all. They were so respectful to me and answered all my questions, gave me options, gave me quotes, gave me water after the quotes!!! LOL. They did not charge me "car bay" rent, considering how long the jeep was there. Steve spent hours and days procuring all the necessary parts for both vehicles until all the work was totally done to my satisfaction. The professional mechanics did major work on both vehicles. I can't imagine going anywhere else locally, and I appreciate a family owned business not afraid to show love for their country, for which they served.

Steve is amazing he keeps you informed all the way through the diagnosis then consults u before any work is done. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else

Steve took care of my daughters car that just stopped in the road. She had it towed to this shop, where they replaced the water pump, timing belt and some gaskets! The work was done in a day and at a very raeasonable price. I would highly recommend them.
