My husband took his car in for a routine oil change this morning, and was SO happy with the attention to detail!! They spent a good 10 minutes just pulling out leaves from the engine area that had blown in during windstorms. We've had other work done there as well and are always, always happy!!

I've used these guys a few times and have never had a bad experience. I first tried them out about a year ago, got an oil change. They did it really quick and the price wasn't bad. I've been coming to them ever since. Recently my van was giving me the check engine light. Turns out the computer was bad, and they had to order one from Phoenix and get it programmed. Even after all that they had my car ready the next day. Matt was up front about the cost and even had advice on what to look out for with my particular model of van. They were upfront honest and did quality work without charging me an arm and a leg. Definitely recommending this place to everyone I know. Thanks guys!

AWESOME SERVICE: So I went in a second time when we were getting ready for a long trip out east and we had a prior problem when our truck was traveling so that it would shut down, but no recent issues. I told them to check it out and get the oil changed. They went up and down the truck with no issues and only charged for the oil change. About two days later, a day before our trip, the truck lost power again nearby so I limped it in and they went over it and eventually fou...

AWESOME SERVICE: So I went in a second time when we were getting ready for a long trip out east and we had a prior problem when our truck was traveling so that it would shut down, but no recent issues. I told them to check it out and get the oil changed. They went up and down the truck with no issues and only charged for the oil change. About two days later, a day before our trip, the truck lost power again nearby so I limped it in and they went over it and eventually found that there was an intermittent failure of the fuel pump. I should add this was 30 minutes before closing and they went above and beyond to find the issue. The parts places were closed so they had me come back in first thing in the morning and replaced it and another part on the tank. Get this!, they only charged me the labor and installation! Now I saw Randall and Matt work hard and they were very fair to every one who came into the shop. If a person came in with attitude or tried to get something for nothing they charged fair but firm and with most others who were cool those people were treated very fairly, including myself. They treated everyone fair, but if you act rude then don't expect special treatment. In my case they got me on my trip and I went over 5000 miles and no issues after the repair so far. Finally they have discounts for Military, Seniors and Students check the web page. You can also get your vehicle information and repair record put online if you give them your email address and you sign up.

Great shop located on Craycroft between 22nd and 29th. I've had One Stop service my A/C on two vehicles and replace a heater core in a F150 (big job). Randall owns the place and I believe Matt is his wing man/mechanic. They do excellent work at very reasonable prices. Trust this shop for your next repair, they'll take good care of you. Steve W.
