After 3 weeks and over $1500 in repairs and labor at Firestone for an electrical problem they never found, I took my 2007 Pathfinder to One Stop Automotive. Randall and his team found the problem in less than a day. The power steering pump was leaking into the alternator causing all kinds of issues with the electronics and transmission. Awesome job and I got a call back a few days later asking if everything was working correctly. That's customer service!

Took in our daughter's Honda Element, because the steering pump was leaking and my husband knew it would be a big job. It needed a new pump, rack and pinion, and a couple of other things. They kept us informed every step of the way, and they gave us a very fair quote with an excellent warranty. They were honest, professional, and friendly every step of the way. We'll be taking our other cars to them in the future!

I can count on One Stop for all my cars repairs, I was in for an alignment and they spotted a potential heater hose problem that could have left me stranded somewhere. Thanks for looking out with your no charge full inspection policy.

Absolute best repair service ever. I was in a huge pickle on a coast to coast move and they went above and beyond all expectations to solve my truck issues with amazing speed. Had zero issues after their repair. They recognized my problem and solved a challenging transmission problem expertly and got me back on track.

This is a great shop. Organized, super honest, no up-charges, transparency, great communication. It's rare to find those qualities. They are my go-to repair location in Tucson. Highly recommended.
