My 2016 Ford Focus needed a new evap valve canister. The car is used, but I've only had it for 6 months, so you can understandthe anxiety i was having. The dealership I bought it from and the Ford dealership were going to charge me an arm and a leg for the diagnostic, the part, and the labor and hold my car for multiple consecutive days due to them "not knowing when they would be able to work on it due to the part being shipped and the high volumeof customers that were in line before me." I found One Stop Automotive's reviews, and was reassured to find amazing reviews. When i got the quote for the service, they ordered my part right then and there, and was able to come back first thing in the morning. I laid a third of the price to what i qould have paid the the mutliple places that were entitled to help me. All in all, the process was absolutely stress free, under 3 hours total, and the customer service was real and transparent. Steve and his team absolutely killed it. And I will go back for any repair or service that needs to be done in the future. I highly recommend this place! 5 stars! 🌟

Every time we come to one stop we get the same service. “Great service” Steven in the front office is always honest with me and that is huge thing when you are dealing with a mechanics shop! Need someone you can trust. Truck is running better then ever. As long as I am living in Tucson Arizona this is my go to place!

They were very courteous and were able to determine the problem. The cost was too high that I decided to not have the repairs done given that the car was still operational just didn't have all of the bells and whistles working. This was due to the cost of the parts however. They charged a very reasonable diagnostic fee. Would use them again in the future.

Really appreciate the review Keith. Parts on your 2014 bmw 535i are expensive. We have learned over the years not to use aftermarket parts on these vehicles. These days everything costs more. Hope to see you next time.
